Mexico has become - more or less - America's backyard. The number of travelers across the border has increased to the extent that flights to Mexico have become cheap and frequent. Not all Mexico destinations are the same, and - depending on your flight destinations and departure cities, fares to Mexico may vary. Thus, NYC remains a main gate to Mexico's most popular beach destination - Cancun: flights are cheap and they are on a shuttle schedule. You can bet on a cheap flight when flying from NYC to Mexico's Caribbean coast resorts. As far as the Pacific Ocean resorts are concerned - Acapulco, Los Cabos, etc., cheap fares are available from Houston, TX. How about those colonial cities? Cheap fares are likely to be found from such airports as Chicago and Atlanta, in addition to already cheap flights from New York and Houston.
